Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some pure capsaicin based products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that the shipping rates for some items we sell are dimensional weight-rated. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page, but abnormally large packaging (candy, chips, etc.) may cause the shipping rates to increase. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

We have a strict no returns policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No returns, refunds or exchanges for any reason.

If an item is out of stock, and we don't expect delivery to us within 60 days then the price of that item will be credited to your account. However, if the shipping cost for your order is reduced due to an item being removed, we will refund the difference.
