Tamarindo Bay Steak Sauce has reinvented the concept of a red meat, roast, game and poultry sauce. They have created this steak sauce with fruit, spices and a dash of pepper, with a nod of the traditional English/Jamaican pepper sauces. The main flavor here is the Tamarind ("Tamarindo" in Spanish), a date-like fruit you've met in Worcestershire Sauce, blended in a base of banana, pineapple, cayenne pepper, molasses, onion and garlic.
