Secret Aardvark Red Scorpion Hot Sauce is inspired by the moxie of the mighty Trinidad Scorpion. The scorpion peppers are fermented adding a sharp sourness, balancing the heat and sweetness. A bit hotter than their classic sauce but just as awesome.
Ingredients: Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Roasted Tomatoes), Carrot, White Wine Vinegar, Scorpion Pepper Mash, Yellow Onions, Cane Sugar, Smoked Sea Salt, Water, Garlic, Spices and Yellow Mustard (Distilled Vinegar, Mustard Seed, Salt, Turmeric, Spices).
