Add some ancient Chinese wisdom, a little American ingenuity, and a few shots of southern whiskey and a whole lot more garlic than any well adjusted adult should ever use and here you have it! Use as a marinade, stir fry sauce or with anything you damn well like.

Basically Sichuan chinese chili oil combined with soy sauce, black beans and garlic.

Extremely tasty. Salty, but not all that salty compared to a spoonful of soy sauce. Not spicy at all, lower than mild heat. It's also completely liquid aside from the black bean bits so it's a marinade or dipping sauce and not something you'd put on top of a burger or chicken.
I like to cut boiled eggs in half and put this stuff on top of the yolks with some ghost pepper salt flakes.
