Dave's Gourmet Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce is a beautiful orange colored with an incredible slightly sweet fresh pepper flavor. Although it is made with Scotch Bonnet Peppers (a cousin to the habanero), it is actually more of a medium hot sauce.

If you like the flavor of Scotch Bonnett peppers, then you won't be disappointed. Not very Hot @ all but really flavorful. I can literally drink it straight from the bottle.
