The product says its heat and no flavor and that is not wrong. Oleoresin capsaicin stays in suspension as flakes of heat, but dissolve once in contact with any oil or fat, creating a near perfect mixing on the molecular level.
I've had this mixed with salsas, soups, poured on burritos, nachos, hot dogs. Hell, I put it in a cocktail. In all cases, it upped the heat with no noticeable flavor change, since you need so little.
