Big Daddy's Amplifier Heat Hot Sauce is named after the Austin-based classic blues rock monster. The sauce is their mildest, made with pecan smoked jalapenos for a strong, smokey flavor. Goes great with gumbo, soups, and vegetables.

Ingredients: Vinegar (Distilled), Smoked Jalapeno Peppers, St. Arnold Lawnmower Beer, Water, Brown Sugar, Molasses, Salt and Lime Juice (Fresh), Less than 2% of Citric Acid, Dextrose, Caramel Color, Natural Flavors, Malic Acid, Hydrolyzed Soy & Corn Protein, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Mustard Seed (Ground), Garlic Powder and Onion Powder

Super fast shipping of a quality gift that was obviously packed with care. The personal touches are an added bonus as this was a gift for a friend recovering from surgery. All Big Daddy's hot sauces are great (and vegan), but BD's Amplified Heat is my favorite -- smoked jalapeños give it a real Texas-style umami kick.
