Wicked Tickle XXX Ghost Pepper Sauce is a nice blend of habanero and ghost chili extract. This ghost pepper hot sauce is the hottest sauce that they offer and the ingredients are all natural with the exception of the capsaicin extract that they make themselves from ghost peppers and habanero chilies. It should only be used a few drops at a time. It is quite tasty once your mouth cools off but man, this stuff is HOT!

Ingredients: Vinegar, Smoked Bhut Jolikia (ghost chili) Peppers, smoked habanero chilies, smoked serrano chilies, smoked jalapeno chilies (chipotle), tomato, ghost pepper extract, habanero pepper extract, apple wood smoked salt, apple wood smoked garlic, applewood smoked onion and xanthan gum.
