Very good sweet and mild  sauce. The main tastes are black pepper, sweetness, and garlic with black pepper being dominant, so any uniqueness the Aleppo pepper might have is not really on  display. If you're just curious what an Aleppo pepper is like, this might not be what you want, but it's still very good.
This was my first Volcanic Peppers sauce and It makes me want to try more from this brand in the future.
