Humboldt EAT BEER Nor Cal Mole Hot Sauce is a collaboration with Sean Paxton, Home Brew Chef, from Sonoma CA and it was love at first sight! It happened when the Home Brew Chef and Humboldt Hot Sauce dined together for the first time. A hot chemistry, combined with zesty citrus juices, spicy euphoric (eu-fork-ic) chilies, luscious cocoa nibs, and creamy oatmeal stout beer.
