CaJohns Jolokia (Ghost) Puree has been cooked with a small amount of vinegar. Use this just like the fresh chile. You will feel all 1,041,000 SHUs. Great to use in recipes, especially since a lot of the groceries don't carry the fresh jolokia pepper...this is as close as you can get.
