This one is not to be put on like other "sauces." Being a puree, with just a little vinegar and nothing else, the consistency isn't right for putting on things like burritos or pizza. It is really good for adding to things like soup and chili. I tried some in some crawfish etoufee a couple of days ago, and it was delicious! Now I that I know how to use it, I like it a lot more.
