CaJohns Select Puree - Habanero is a combination of Habanero peppers and just enough vinegar to keep them preserved. Nothing else added to get in the way of the pure flavor of the pepper itself.

This one is not to be put on like other "sauces."  Being a puree, with just a little vinegar and nothing else, the consistency isn't right for putting on things like burritos or pizza.  It is really good for adding to things like soup and chili.  I tried some in some crawfish etoufee a couple of days ago, and it was delicious!  Now I that I know how to use it, I like it a lot more.
