Tabanero is a 100% All Natural & Gluten Free hot sauce that has a well balanced flavor profile consisting of a mildly sweet and savory presentation accompanied by a spicy citrus component by highlighting the natural citrus flavor of the Habañero chile pepper. The salt and acidity are kept to a minimum, so that the flavors of the other ingredients shine through. We think this is a sauce that is a great all around table sauce for use on any Latin America influenced cuisines, and you should find it complimenting nearly anything from Mexican, Tex-Mex, New Mexican, and Southwest cuisine. An additional plus is that it retails for nearly the same as the average gourmet level hot sauce, but is packaged in an 8 oz. bottle instead of the traditional 5 oz., making it not only a great food enhancer, but also a great value as well. We've tested it out on fried and scrambled eggs, fajitas, fish tacos, tamales and breakfast tacos, and it's been a winner every time.
