This is my #1 go-to salsa. I needed a thank-you for some people at work so I came in and bought jars of this and some hot sauce. Every single coworker finished the jar of salsa within a week, most were gone the same day and asked where they could get more. (See also the Verde and habanero  versions, I handed out some of each kind)

Perfect spice and smoky flavor. I have consumed a couple gallons of this and don't plan on stopping.
