We ship our products worldwide.
HOW does iBurn ship?
The majority of our orders ship via United States Postal Service. Larger orders will usually ship via FedEx. If you are considering an order larger than 150lbs please contact us for a freight order quote.
HOW does iBurn calculate RATES to ship?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Free shipping is available to addresses within the United States ONLY. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $50 or more, your domestic order ships FREE!
HOW to track an order that iBurn has shipped?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
WHAT if a shipment gets lost?
If your shipment appears to be lost please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to locate your shipment and ensure its safe delivery. In the rare case that a shipping carrier investigation is completed, and the shipment is lost, then we will ship a replacement order to you 1 to 2 business days after the claim has been paid by the carrier. Please be aware that a shipping claim can take 7-21 days to process.
Does iBurn have an In-store pick up option?
In-store pick up is available at our Houston location during normal business hours.
Does iBurn use recycled packing materials?
Our boxes are packed with static-free organic cornstarch packing peanuts. They decompose in water leaving no toxic waste, and are FDA compliant. All other packing materials are 100% recyclable.
