Instructions
- For two 12lb. briskets combine 3/4 cup of the injection with 2 cups of water and mix well. With a small injector, inject the mix throughout the whole brisket by using a grid pattern. Try to get the injection into the center of the meat. For best results inject and let set for 4 hours before cooking. After mixing refrigerate until used.
