Description

Big Daddy's EHG In The Name Of Suffering Hot Sauce is named after the legendary New Orleans blues sludge band EYEHATEGOD and their historical debut album. This is their hottest sauce, combining the heat of the ghost pepper, the smoky-earthieness of the ancho, and the holy trinity of Cajun cooking. Goes great on steak, fajitas, and portobello mushrooms.

Ingredients: White Wine Vinegar (Diluted with Water to 5% acidity and potassium metabisulite), Worcestershre Sauce (Water, Distilled Vinegar, Molasses, Salt, Citric Acid, Dextrose, Caramel Color, Natural Flavors, Malic Acid, Hydrolyzed soy and corn protein, dehydrated onion and garlic), St. Arnold's Lawnmower Beer Chile De Arbol's (Dried), Brown Sugar, Ground Ancho Chili Pepper, Bhut Jolokia Pepper Mash (Ghost Pepper), Salt, Vinegar, Minced Garlic (Garlic, Water, Phosphoric Acid), Garlic Powder, Fresh Lime Juice, Salt, Ground Mustard, Red Pepper, Celery Seed, Onion Powder

Nice balance of heat and flavor December 26, 2017

I picked up my first bottle at an EHG concert that I caught.  Couldn't pass up the opportunity to pick up a custom hot sauce named after the album "In the Name of Suffering."

With some insanely hot peppers in the mix, I thought it might be a bit too much, but it seems that the proportions are just right.  You get a lot of the smoky, chipotle flavor (and you can actually taste a hint of the beer that's in the sauce) with a nice strong kick to go with it.

I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who likes chipotle flavored sauces but wants more of a burn.

Bought it half-jokingly, actually enjoyed it August 23, 2016

I saw "Blut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper) Pepper Mash" and really only bought it for the fact I can say "ayy lmao sludge metal ghost peppers"

But I actually used it on pasta, eggs, and even a grilled cheese and legitimately enjoyed it.

Sauce is sooo good! August 18, 2016

I LOVE this sauce! I tried it when my local Mexican restaurant had it and were selling it. They have since ran out and didn't carry it anymore. I went online and found it here. SOO excited! My boyfriend uses this on everything, curries, chicken, beef, we even made some spicy pickles with it!!
