The bbq sauce came into being after a huge number of bees took up residency at the museum and the folks there had to find a use for all this new found honey they had. This is just the right level of heat for me, it stays with you for a bit but isn't punishing. A good orange tangy aftertaste. Very good on grilled chicken but I am going to make some pork ribs this weekend and I think it will be great.
